Hollywood Best Dialogues : Favourite Three!

Why a list on Hollywood Best Dialogues? Because Hollywood without  dialogues is  like soap without bubbles! Hence, without much bantering here I present my ever favorite three Hollywood dialogues !

#1

When you have to shoot, shoot, don’t talk.

How can one separate Hollywood Best Dialogues and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966) directed by Sergio Leone ? The dialogue wows for its matter of fact execution flagging off an (un)intentionally(?) funny moment in the film!

I’ll have what she’s having.

This dialogue from When Harry Met Sally… (1989 ) in Hollywood Best Dialogues list is simply obvious 😉 After her demise at the age of 94 in the year 2008,  The New York Times said Estelle Reiner was  the woman “who delivered one of the most memorably funny lines in movie history.”

#3

Rosebud.

A list on Hollywood Best Dialogues without Citizen Kane‘s (1941) “Rosebud” is incomplete. Directed by and starring Orson Welles, “Rosebud” is filled with enigma and arguably remains one of the best dialogues ever scripted in Hollywood!
